How do I know that you have received my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email which will confirm the details of your order and provide you with an order number. If you have questions regarding your order or its status you can contact us by email at info@themeinabox.com.au or by phone on +61 (02) 93287825. To provide the best and quickest service we would prefer that you provide the order number.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
This will depend on where you live. As a guide you should allow 3 to 7 working days (Plus handling time). If you require an urgent delivery, express delivery can be arranged, however this will incur additional costs.

Do you provide COD (cash on delivery) service?
At the moment we do not provide this service.

Will you deliver out side Australia?
Yes we will deliver out side Australia. To place your order please contact us via email at info@themeinabox.com.au .Please allow an additional 15 working days for your order to be recieved. Customs and import duties will be charged to the customer once the order arrives at the destination country. These duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. We recomend that you contact the relevant Government department regarding import restrictions and charges.

How are your postal costs calculated?
Postal costs are calculated by weight, size and the delivery address of the order. Express post can be arranged however this will incure additional costs.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:
Cheque (order will be processed when cheque clears).
Direct bank deposit (order will be processed with proof of deposit).
Visa Card, Master Card, Cirrus, Maestro, Bankcard Amercian Express and Diners Club.

Are my credit card details safe when I use your website?
Yes Theme In A Box uses a secure site with encryption ensuring your credit card details are secure.
Alternately you may also place an order by phone, fax or mail by following three simple steps:

1. Browse the site, and add the product/s you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. Click on the checkout button, and on the final checkout page, select “phone/fax order”. Your completed order form will appear in a pop up window for you to print out.

2. Print the order form.

3. Phone, fax or mail your order through to us.

Will GST be added to my order?
All of our prices are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Can I place an order without using a credit card?
Yes we accept cheques, money order and direct bank deposit.

Can I place an order by phone, fax or mail?
Yes you may place an order by phone, fax or mail by following the three simple steps:

What if I have more than 8 guests coming to my party?
We understand that not everybody has a party for 8. We have allowed for this by providing you with the opportunity to purchase a themed superior party package which gives you everything you need for an additional 8 guests. Alternately you can order the ala carte products.

Are my balloons inflated when they are delivered?
Your balloons will be delivered uninflated. Theme In A Box provides a helium inflated balloon delivery service within the Sydney Metropolitan area. Please phone us on 02 93883311 for quotes and delivery service information.

Is my personal information protected?
Yes. We will not on sell or share your personal information with other companies, corporations or individuals. We may use your information to keep you informed of any special offers or new product ranges we are introducing. Of course if you advise us that you do not wish to receive our promotional information we will remove you from our mailing list.

What is your policy on returned goods?
Theme In A Box prides its self on providing you with quality products. If your products have manufacturing defects they will be replaced free of cost, but please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order. All products requiring replacement must be in the original packaging.
